HISTORY
OF THE BRAND:
Paula Cademartori
Paula Cademartori debuted her eponymous accessories label with the Spring/Summer 2011 collection, unveiled at Première Classe in Paris. What began as a handbag collection soon evolved into a complete accessories universe, encompassing the Heritage, Heritage Contemporary and Radical bag lines, footwear, Les Minaudières evening clutches and a range of small leather goods. Entirely crafted in Italy, each piece combined exceptional materials, refined craftsmanship and bold colour combinations, becoming a distinctive expression of contemporary Italian design.
In just four years, the brand established an international presence through more than 200 of the world's leading luxury retailers. Its collections were carried by renowned department stores and boutiques including 10 Corso Como, Antonia, Excelsior and LuisaViaRoma in Italy; Le Bon Marché in Paris; Matches and Harrods in London; KaDeWe in Berlin; Lane Crawford across Hong Kong and China; Shinsegae and 10 Corso Como Seoul; Symphony in Dubai; Saks Fifth Avenue and Opening Ceremony in New York, among many others. The collections were also available through leading online luxury platforms such as Net-a-Porter, Moda Operandi, MatchesFashion and Stylebop, reflecting the brand's rapid international recognition and global reach.
HEADQUARTERS
The bond between Paula Cademartori and the city of Milan reached one of its defining milestones in 2014 with the opening of the brand's headquarters at Via Borgogna 3, just a few steps from the Duomo. Housed in a prestigious Gio Ponti–designed building in the San Babila district, the 400-square-metre space brought together the design, communications, marketing and administration departments under one roof.
Conceived as both a creative hub and a representative office for press and buyers, the headquarters embodied Paula Cademartori's distinctive aesthetic and vision. Bespoke interiors by Dimore Studio founders Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran framed the designer's own furniture and collectible design pieces, creating a dialogue between fashion, art and interiors. More than an office, it was a place that offered an immediate glimpse into the world of the brand and the creative universe of its founder.
